Claims

The right to file a complaint and the complaint procedure are described in the Online Store Regulations (we encourage you to read the regulations).

If you identify a defect in the goods, we particularly ask you to fill out the "Claim Notification" form, which can be found under the Online Store Regulations or at the bottom of this page, and send it along with the claimed goods to the address:
