The Rondel Salina Granitium with a diameter of 18cm and a capacity of 2 liters from the Italian brand Ballarini is a meticulously crafted cookware in every aspect. Thanks to its non-stick 6-layer Granitium Ti-X coating reinforced with a titanium layer, the rondel is exceptionally durable. The bottom of the Salina Granitium rondel is made of multi-layer forged aluminum, which is food-safe. This design makes all the cookware in this series suitable for all types of stoves, including induction cooktops. The multi-layer bottom of the pot also efficiently absorbs heat, making the frying of your favorite dishes more effective and energy-efficient. It is worth mentioning the ergonomic, riveted handle made of stainless steel, which allows you to maneuver the cookware comfortably and also use it in the oven. The high-quality non-stick coating, Granitium Ti-X, both inside and outside of the pot, enables frying with little added fat and allows the use of metal utensils on the pan's surface. The cookware is safe for both health and the environment, as it does not contain PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals. The Salina Granitium cookware is dishwasher-safe. The cookware comes with a riveted handle made of stainless steel. You can also use the pot in the oven. The product is backed by a 10-year warranty.
