In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), we inform you that:

  3. Your personal data are processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
  4. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR - the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
  5. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.
  6. Your personal data are processed for marketing and promotional purposes. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Failure to provide these data may result in the inability to achieve these purposes.
  7. If you have given appropriate consents to marketing and promotional activities by specified communication channels, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting direct marketing of our products and services. In achieving this purpose, the basis for processing your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which is the legally justified interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with the consents you have given to receive marketing content by specified communication channels. If you have consented to the use of personal data for marketing activities, your data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. As part of marketing, we will send information about products, promotions, and competitions among others.
  8. An integral part of achieving the above objectives is maintaining contact with you using various communication channels, such as email, contact phone.
  9. Your personal data may be made available to appropriate recipients, in particular institutions authorized to control the activities of the administrator or entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of separate legal provisions.
  10. Recipients of your personal data will also include, among others, service providers supplying the Administrator with technical solutions and organizational management, entities providing legal and advisory services, and entities assisting the Administrator in pursuing due claims.

You have the right to:

  1. Correct your incorrect data;
  2. Request data deletion (right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR;
  3. Request a restriction on data processing in the cases indicated in Article 18 of the GDPR;
  4. Object to data processing in the cases indicated in Article 21 of the GDPR;
  5. Transfer the provided data processed automatically.
  6. The personal data belonging to you are not subject to profiling and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
  7. Your data processed for the marketing purpose based on the consent you have given will be stored for a period of 5 years or until you object to this processing purpose or withdraw your consent.
  8. If you believe that the provided personal data is processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
