Returns

The right of the Consumer to withdraw from the contract (a consumer in the sense of the Civil Code or a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their economic activity, where it is clear from the contract that it is not of a professional nature for them) and the procedure in this regard are described in the Online Store Regulations (we encourage you to read the regulations).

Below are some selected guidelines that you can (but do not have to) follow during the withdrawal from the contract / return of goods:

**Step 1.** Please fill out the Withdrawal Form and send the information about the withdrawal from the contract to the email address: sklep@mensahome.eu.

**Step 2.** The next step is to package the returned goods. Please ensure the returned goods are well-protected against damage during transport. If possible, we request that the goods be returned in their original packaging (not taped or written on), in a condition that allows for resale.

In the package containing the goods, please include:

- The filled and signed Withdrawal Form,

- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) to substantiate the circumstances of purchasing the goods.

**NOTE!** We recommend obscuring the original sender and recipient information on the box (if present) and then adding new details.

**Step 3.** Shipment of goods.

**NOTE!** The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

**Step 4.** Inspection of goods. Once we receive the goods, we will proceed to inspect them.

NOTE! The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
