The 26cm, 5.2-liter cast iron pot from the French brand STAUB will undoubtedly meet your expectations. With its practicality, you can prepare various dishes like aromatic stuffed cabbage, stuffed peppers, succulent roast, fresh bread, and more. The cast iron used in its construction possesses an ideal heat retention capability, significantly reducing cooking or baking time. The flat surface of the lid, equipped with bumps on the inside, is the Aroma Rain system, which helps retain moisture during food preparation, resulting in juicier and more flavorful roasts. The metal handle attached to the lid is heat resistant up to 250°C. Ergonomic handles on both sides of the pot's body allow for comfortable carrying even with kitchen gloves.
