The cast iron it's made of has the perfect ability to retain heat, which significantly shortens cooking or baking time. The flat surface of the lid, which is equipped with small bumps on the inside, is the Aroma Rain system, which helps to retain moisture during meal preparation, making the roast much juicier and full of flavor. The metal handle attached to the lid is resistant to high temperatures up to 250°C. Ergonomic handles on both sides of the dish body will allow you to carry it comfortably, even when wearing kitchen gloves. The black enamel coating inside the pot has microgrooves where the juices from roasted meats collect. They are full of flavor and provide an ideal base for exquisite sauces.
