The bottom of the Ferrara pan is made of multi-layered, forged aluminum that is food-safe and reinforced with high-quality stainless steel. This application makes all the pans in the Ferrara series suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The multi-layered bottom of the pan also efficiently absorbs heat, making frying your favorite dishes more effective and energy-efficient. The Thermopoint, located on the heat-resistant collar of the handle, will inform you when the coating has reached the optimal temperature and is ready to use.
It's worth mentioning the ergonomic handle made of temperature-resistant synthetic material, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 160°C, which does not heat up, ensuring that it remains at an optimal temperature and reducing the risk of burns. There is also a hole at the end of the handle that allows you to hang the pan on a kitchen hook.
