The 24cm Granite Pot with Lid from the Ferrara collection by the Italian brand Ballarini is an incredibly durable utensil that you will fall in love with from the first use. Thanks to the 5-layer Granitium Extreme coating, you can sauté and cook your favorite dishes with minimal amounts of oil, and after all, you can even wash the pot in the dishwasher. The Ferrara pot's bottom is made of multi-layer, forged aluminum that is food-safe and additionally reinforced with high-quality stainless steel. This feature makes all the utensils from the Ferrara series suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The multi-layer bottom of the pot also absorbs heat excellently, making frying your favorite dishes more efficient and energy-saving. It's worth mentioning the ergonomic handles made of temperature-resistant plastic up to 160°C, which do not heat up, ensuring they remain at an optimal temperature and reducing the risk of burns. The high-quality non-stick Granitium Extreme coating inside and outside the pot allows for sautéing with little added fat and using metal utensils on the surface of the cookware. Safe for health and the environment – it does not contain PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals. The Ferrara series utensils are dishwasher safe. Heat-resistant handles made of plastic, resistant up to 160°C. Included is a perfectly fitting glass lid. 5-year warranty.
