The 16cm diameter and 1.6l capacity Granite Rondel from the Ferrara collection by the Italian brand Ballarini is an incredibly durable cookware that you will fall in love with from the first use. Thanks to the 5-layer Granitium Extreme coating, you can sauté and cook your favorite dishes with minimal oil, and afterward, you can even wash the rondel in the dishwasher. The bottom of the Ferrara rondel is made of multi-layered, forged aluminum that is food-safe and additionally reinforced with high-quality stainless steel. This design makes all the cookware in the Ferrara series suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The multi-layered bottom of the pot also absorbs heat perfectly, making frying your favorite dishes more efficient and energy-saving. It's worth mentioning the ergonomic handle made of temperature-resistant plastic up to 160°C, which does not heat up, ensuring it is always at an optimal temperature and reducing the risk of burns. At the end of the handle, there is also a hole that allows you to hang the rondel on a kitchen hook. High-quality non-stick Granitium Extreme coating on the interior and exterior of the rondel allows sautéing with minimal added fat and using metal utensils on the surface of the cookware.
