The bottom of the Murano pan is made of multi-layered, forged aluminum that is food-safe. This design makes all pans in the Murano series suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction stovetops. The multi-layered bottom of the pan also efficiently absorbs heat, making the frying of your favorite dishes more efficient and energy-saving. The Thermopoint, located on the heat-resistant handle collar, will inform you about the optimal heating of the coating and its readiness for use.
It's worth mentioning the ergonomic Soft-Touch handle made of plastic, which doesn't heat up, ensuring it remains at an optimal temperature and thereby reducing the risk of burns. At the end of the handle, there is also a hole that allows you to hang the pan on a kitchen hook.
