The 30cm Wok from the Murano collection by the Italian brand Ballarini is a versatile cookware item that should be found in every kitchen for those who love low-fat cooking. Its exceptional versatility is thanks to the incredibly durable, 5-layer Granitium Extreme coating. The elegant appearance of the granite pan is the work of the Milanese design duo: Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez. The bottom of the Murano pan is made of multi-layered, forged aluminum that is food-safe. This application makes all the pans in the Murano series suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The multi-layered bottom of the pan also efficiently absorbs heat, making frying your favorite dishes more effective and energy-efficient. It's worth mentioning the ergonomic Soft-Touch handles made of plastic, which do not heat up, ensuring they are always at the optimal temperature, thus minimizing the risk of burns. The high-quality Granitium Extreme non-stick coating on the inside and outside of the pan allows for frying with minimal added fat and the use of metal utensils on the pan's surface. Safe for health and the environment – it does not contain PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals. Pans from the Murano series are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the coating. Non-heating Soft-Touch plastic handles.
