The 16cm diameter and 1.4L capacity rondel from the Murano collection by the Italian brand Ballarini is a versatile cookware that should be found in the kitchen of every enthusiast of low-fat sautéing. Its exceptional versatility is thanks to the incredibly durable 5-layer Granitium Extreme coating. The elegant appearance of this granite pot is the work of the Milanese design duo: Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez. The bottom of the Murano rondel is made of multi-layered, forged aluminum that is food-safe. This design makes all the cookware in the Murano series suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The multi-layered bottom of the rondel also absorbs heat perfectly, making sautéing and cooking your favorite dishes more efficient and energy-saving. It is worth mentioning the Soft-Touch ergonomic handle made of synthetic material, which does not heat up, ensuring it is always at an optimal temperature and reducing the risk of burns. At the end of the handle, there is also a hole that allows you to hang the rondel on a kitchen hook. The high-quality non-stick Granitium Extreme coating on the inside and outside of the rondel allows sautéing with minimal added fat and using metal utensils on the pan's surface. Safe for health and the environment - does not contain PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals. Cookware from the Murano series is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the coating's lifespan. Non-heating Soft-Touch handle.
