SRS-13
Knives from the SRS-13 series are hand-forged. The core made of SRS-13 powder steel is clad in 21 layers of steel, creating a beautiful pattern, and additional hammering prevents sliced products from sticking to the blade.
The knife handle is made of stag horn, which fits comfortably in the hand and doesn't tire it even during long work.
The combination of the natural beauty of the handle and modern steel, hardened to 64 HRC +/- 1, gives us a perfect and unique product. The hand forging process ensures that each pattern on the knife is one of a kind.
