WMF Grand Gourmet Universal Knife The universal knife is an essential tool at every stage of cooking. Sharp blade and a comfortable handle that perfectly fits your hand—these elements make working with WMF's knife a pure pleasure. WMF knives guarantee excellent sharpness thanks to the Performance Cut technology and specialized steel used for making the blades. Following tradition, the blades undergo hammer forging throughout their length. Laser measurement and double-sided sharpening at a 13-degree angle make them suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle, made of high-quality 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel, is safe and comfortable for the hand due to its ergonomic shape. Filling it with special cement prevents accidental separation of elements and ensures proper balance.
