WMF Durado 28cm Deep Pan
The deep WMF Durado pan with a diameter of 28cm is a specialist for special tasks in your kitchen. Its exceptional resistance to high temperatures makes it perfect for high-temperature searing.
The 28cm diameter is ideal for preparing vegetables, meats, and fish. This extra-high pan is also perfect for cooking multi-component dishes and sauces.
Thanks to its generously coated, high-temperature-resistant surface, you can prepare your favorite dishes with minimal amounts of fat.
TransTherm® Base
TransTherm® technology, with its three-layer construction, ensures that the base quickly absorbs heat and evenly distributes it during frying, resulting in perfectly seared dishes!
Suitable for all types of stovetops – thanks to the use of the TransTherm base, the pan can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction.
The three-layer construction of the base also guarantees that the pan won't warp even after many years of intensive use.
Cromargan®
The pan is made of 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel - a material patented by WMF, known for its high quality and excellent performance in the kitchen. It is extremely durable, resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and food acids - allowing you to enjoy cooking for many years!
Durado® Coating
High-temperature-resistant coating - up to 400°C.
It is recommended to use wooden or silicone utensils.
