The 28cm Durado pan is a specialist for special tasks in your kitchen. Its exceptional resistance to high temperatures makes it perfect for high-heat searing.

TransTherm® Bottom
The TransTherm® technology, with its three-layer construction, quickly absorbs heat and evenly distributes it during cooking, ensuring that your dishes are perfectly seared! It's suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The three-layer construction of the bottom also guarantees that the pan won't warp even after many years of intensive use.
Cromargan®
The pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel Cromargan®, a WMF-patented material of the highest quality, perfect for the kitchen. Extremely durable, heat-resistant, and resistant to corrosion and food acids, it will bring joy to your cooking for many years!
Durado® Coating
The coating is heat-resistant up to 400°C. It is recommended to use wooden or silicone utensils.
This polished steel pan pairs perfectly with WMF stainless steel pots.
