TransTherm® Base
The TransTherm® technology, with its three-layer construction, ensures that the base quickly absorbs heat and evenly distributes it during frying, resulting in perfectly seared dishes!
Suitable for all types of stovetops – thanks to the use of the TransTherm base, the pan can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction.
The three-layer construction of the base also guarantees that the pan won't warp even after many years of intensive use.
Cromargan®
The pan is made of 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel - a material patented by WMF, known for its high quality and excellent performance in the kitchen. It is extremely durable, resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and food acids - allowing you to enjoy cooking for many years!
Durado® Coating
High-temperature-resistant coating - up to 400°C.
It is recommended to use wooden or silicone utensils.
The long, ergonomic steel handle ensures stability and a secure grip during frying.
