Keiji Takeuchi, a filter coffee enthusiast, understands the value of freshly ground beans, which lose their intensity after a few hours. The grinder is easy to use, allowing adjustment of the grind type to the type of coffee and personal preferences. Its ceramic grinder preserves the aroma and taste of coffee, not conducting heat, ensuring a full flavor experience.
Using fresh grounds allows for a richly aromatic and flavorful brew. The grinder's capacity is approximately 20g of beans, enough for one cup of coffee. Keiji Takeuchi was born in Fukuoka, Japan, but spent most of his youth in New Zealand, where he pursued education in product design. His career began under Naoto Fukasawa in Tokyo before moving to Milan, where he established Naoto's European office. In 2015, he opened his own studio in Milan. For Keiji, design is a way of looking at the world and finding potential to improve the quality of our daily lives. Working with renowned brands like Boffi, De Padova, Living Divani, Herman Miller, Ligne Roset, and others, Keiji has gained international recognition. His first collaboration with Alessi is the Slow Coffee project, offering an innovative way to enrich our daily experiences.
