The Salina Granitium pot with a lid, with a diameter of 24cm and a capacity of 4.7 liters, from the Italian brand Ballarini, is a meticulously crafted utensil. Thanks to its non-stick, 6-layer Granitium Ti-X coating reinforced with a layer of titanium, the pot is incredibly durable. The bottom of the Salina Granitium pot is made of multi-layer, forged aluminum that is food-safe. This feature makes all the utensils from this series suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The multi-layer bottom of the pot also absorbs heat excellently, making frying your favorite dishes more efficient and energy-saving. It's worth mentioning the ergonomic, riveted handles made of stainless steel, which allow you to maneuver the utensil comfortably and use it in the oven. The high-quality non-stick Granitium Ti-X coating, reinforced with titanium both inside and outside the pot, allows for frying with little added fat and using metal utensils on the pan's surface.
