The white horizontal spiral slicer by Benriner will elevate salad and raw vegetable preparation to a whole new level. Also known as a spiralizer or Turning Slicer, this innovative slicer allows for cutting vegetables into spiral strips and threads, making it a popular choice in hotels, restaurants, and among sushi masters.

Included with the device are four blades made of Japanese hardened steel: one straight blade and three serrated blades with different tooth spacings - 1 mm, 2.5 mm, and 4 mm.

What makes the Benriner spiral slicer unique?

It enables convenient slicing of various types of vegetables and fruits.
After slicing, the product is distributed sideways, allowing it to be placed under almost any container.
It features special non-slip rubber pads that prevent the product from sliding on the table.

How to use the spiral slicer?

Insert the selected blade into the blade hole and tighten it using the side screw.
Then place the vegetable on the side rod and press down.
Simply turn the knob to obtain perfectly sliced threads.
After use, remove the blade and wash it in water with detergent. Avoid washing the slicer in the dishwasher to prevent damage.
