How to use the mandolin?
The Super Standard mandolin is equipped with a larger, convenient knob for adjusting cutting parameters. We select interchangeable blades for specific applications and place them in the device. To securely attach the blade, it should be tightened using the side screw. After preparing the device, you can start slicing vegetables by moving them up and down and pressing them against the work surface. This way, perfect slices will be created beneath the mandolin. After finishing work, the device should be hand washed with warm water and detergent and then dried. Dishwasher use is not recommended.
