The white vertical spiral slicer by Benriner is an elegant and functional device that allows for creating perfect spiral shapes from vegetables, as well as strips and thread-like pieces.

Included with the slicer are four blades: one straight blade and three serrated blades with different tooth spacings - 1 mm (Fine Blade), 2.5 mm (Medium Blade), and 4 mm (Coarse Blade). They are made of Japanese hardened steel, ensuring durability and ease of sharpening. The product is adjustable using a screw, allowing for smooth thickness adjustment.
