The pots from the Apollo line are made of a 7-layer material - 7-PlyMaterial®, which evenly distributes heat from the bottom to the very edge. It is great for daily use on any type of stove, in ovens, or dishwashers. Every detail has been meticulously crafted.
The pan features Silvinox® stainless steel, which has been stripped of iron and impurities through a specially developed electrochemical process. This ensures that the pan will remain silver-bright for many years of use, leaving no fingerprints on the surface, thus ensuring hygiene. The brushed bottom and sides make cleaning easy.
The unique patented InductoSeal® bottom consists of 7 layers, including silver and copper, which are excellent heat conductors. The bottom allows for energy-efficient cooking and facilitates control of the dish.
Adding to this, Demeyere's patented TriplInduc® alloy enhances energy cost efficiency while cooking, increases efficiency when used on induction cooktops, and prevents the bottom from deforming after years of use.
The ergonomic handles, made of 18/10 stainless steel, do not heat up to high temperatures, providing comfort during use. Thanks to the handle-welding technology, they remain hygienic and durable. The pot's edge has been shaped to ensure easy pouring without the risk of spills.
