The Demeyere Atlantis 2L Saucepan, with its shape, is ready to meet various challenges in the kitchen. It allows for quick and easy browning of dishes, as the sides heat up and cook every piece evenly. Additionally, the saucepan can be used to prepare sauces or melt chocolate in a water bath. The Atlantis line of cookware is made from 7-layer material - 7-PlyMaterial®, which ensures even heat distribution from the bottom to the edges. It is perfect for everyday use on any type of stove, in ovens, or dishwashers. Each element has been meticulously perfected. The saucepan is made with Silvinox® stainless steel, which has been stripped of iron and impurities through a specially developed electrochemical process. This keeps the pot shining silver-bright for years of use, without leaving fingerprints, ensuring high hygiene standards. The brushed bottom and sides facilitate cleaning. The exceptional patented InductoSeal® base consists of 7 layers, including silver and copper, which are the best heat conductors. The base allows for energy-efficient cooking and makes it easier to control the dish. Adding to this, Demeyere's patented TriplInduc® alloy further reduces the energy costs required for cooking, increases efficiency when using induction cooktops, and prevents the base from deforming over years of use. Ergonomic handles made of 18/10 stainless steel do not heat up to high temperatures, providing user comfort. Thanks to the handle welding technology, they remain hygienic and durable. The edge of the saucepan is designed for easy pouring without spills.
