The Demeyere Industry Wok Pan with a diameter of 30cm is up to the challenge in the kitchen. Thanks to its evenly heating sides, it ensures that every piece of your dish undergoes proper cooking. The wok allows for the precise melding of flavors and aromas, such as vegetables and meat, making it ideal for lovers of Asian cuisine but also for aromatic one-pot dishes. The pan is made from 5-layer material, which ensures even heat distribution from the bottom to the very edge. Resistant to overheating, it is perfect for everyday use on all types of stovetops. Additionally, thanks to Controlinduc®, the pan doesn't overheat, maintaining the ideal frying temperature. Silvinox® steel has been used in the pan, stripped of iron and impurities through a specially developed electrochemical process. This ensures that the cookware remains silver-bright even after years of use, leaving no fingerprints on the surface and maintaining high hygiene standards. The exceptional patented InductoSeal® bottom consists of 7 layers, including silver and copper, which are the best heat conductors. The bottom allows for energy-efficient cooking and makes it easier to control your dishes. Adding Demeyere's patented TriplInduc® alloy to the mix, you get cookware that minimizes energy costs for cooking, increases efficiency when used on induction cooktops, and prevents the bottom from warping over the years of use. The ergonomic handles made of 18/10 stainless steel do not heat up to high temperatures, providing comfort during use. Thanks to the welding technology, the handles remain hygienic and durable.
