The 26cm cast iron grill pan from the French brand Le Creuset is a product designed for frying meat and vegetables. Thanks to its black enamel-coated ribs, you will achieve dishes crisply seared, while the grooves are responsible for transporting the fat, making the dishes you prepare resemble those from a real grill. The Caribbean blue enamel on the outside of the pan transforms its classic form into an extraordinary product that will not only catch the eye of your guests but also protects the pan from the harmful effects of cleaning detergents. The cast iron, from which it is made, with its excellent heat retention, allows for impressive food presentation, and its even heating will save you time in the kitchen. An additional handle provides comfort when carrying the pan, and the pour spouts on both sides of the vessel make it easier to pour off excess fat. The pan is dishwasher safe. To ensure it serves you for as long as possible and pleases the eye with its beautiful appearance, it is recommended to use utensils made of wood, silicone, or plastic. In addition to regular cleaning, it's worth remembering to: Wipe the rim dry. Wipe the interior of the pan with cooking oil for preservation. Do not leave the pan submerged in water for longer than 20 minutes. To remove burnt food residue, soak the pan in water with dishwashing liquid for no more than 20 minutes. Clean with a soft sponge. Avoid scrubbing with metal scouring pads. Practical aids can include a material handle protector, which will protect you from touching the hot cast iron handle of the vessel, and a special brush made of stiff bristles that are safe for the enamel.
