The Le Creuset cast iron pot with a capacity of 2.6 liters, enamel-coated in a cherry color scheme, is designed for everyday cooking, baking, and stewing. The 20cm diameter pot is perfect for preparing and serving meat and vegetable dishes, flavorful soups, stews, casseroles, and baking bread. It comes with a perfectly fitted lid, which significantly shortens the cooking and stewing process, as well as prevents the dishes from drying out. The steel handle is heat-resistant up to 250°C (482°F) and is designed to provide a secure grip when lifting the lid, even while wearing oven mitts. The convenient dual side handles of the pot allow for safe removal of dishes from the oven and comfortable carrying to the table with its contents. Cast iron perfectly absorbs and distributes heat throughout the entire surface of the cookware. An additional advantage is that the retained heat lasts longer, resulting in a more efficient extraction of flavor and energy-saving food preparation. Le Creuset is a company with a long tradition that currently produces 70% of the world's cast iron. Many stages of production are carried out by hand, with attention to every detail. The result is beautifully crafted, colorful, enameled cookware that serves kitchens around the world for many, many years.
