The Le Creuset cast iron pot with a capacity of 3.3 liters, enamel-coated in a beige color, is designed for everyday cooking, baking, and simmering. The 22cm diameter pot is perfect for preparing and serving meat and vegetable dishes, aromatic soups, stews, casseroles, and baking bread. It comes with a perfectly fitting lid that significantly shortens the cooking and simmering process, preventing the dishes from drying out. The steel handle is heat resistant up to 250°C (482°F) and is designed to provide a firm grip when lifting the lid, even when wearing gloves. Convenient handles on both sides of the pot allow for safe removal of dishes from the oven and comfortable carrying of the cookware to the table with its contents. Cast iron absorbs and distributes heat perfectly across the entire surface of the cookware. Another advantage is that it retains heat for a longer period, resulting in more efficient extraction of flavors and energy-saving cooking. Le Creuset is a company with a long tradition, currently producing 70% of the world's cast iron. Many stages of production are carried out by hand with attention to every detail. The result is beautifully crafted, colorful, enameled cookware that serves kitchens around the world for many, many years.
