Microplane Chili Mill
The Chili Mill, with its simple, modern design, handles various dried chili peppers effortlessly. A quick wrist movement is all it takes to grind the product quickly and easily, without any effort. The ground product is not torn or shredded, preserving the flavor and aroma that can be added to a wide range of both spicy and sweet dishes. You can add a bit of heat to pasta sauce, liven up your egg breakfast, or add a mild spiciness to chocolate cake.
It's incredibly easy to use. Simply hold the stainless steel ring and twist to open. Place the dried chilies in the cavity and press the top part back into place. By gently turning the handle to the right, you'll get finely grated chili flakes.
A convenient silicone cap is included to prevent the spread of fine spice dust on the table and countertop after using the mill. This is especially useful when the chili mill is placed on the dining table for seasoning dishes.
