The Fidji mill by the French brand Peugeot is a very elegant addition to any table and a sturdy kitchen accessory. Thanks to the combination of lacquered beechwood and brushed stainless steel, it is suitable for modern interiors. The mill has a practical shape that allows for convenient use. Each mill in the FIDJI series is labeled with a letter, making it quick and easy to use (P for pepper, S for salt). The grinding mechanism is designed to crush coarse kitchen salt. It is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion. During the grinding process, the seasoning is evenly dispensed, making it easy to control the amount. Salt is the most classic seasoning used in almost every cooked dish, sandwiches, salads, and more. To fill the mill, you need to unscrew the fastening nut at the top of the mill and remove the lid. The nut allows you to adjust the coarseness of the grind. Peugeot mills are designed for grinding coarse, dry sea salt crystals up to 4 mm. The manufacturer recommends using only coarse salt - dry, rock, or sea salt. Wet sea salt such as Guerande, Ré, Maldon, pink salt, or salt flower should not be used. The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty on the mill's body and a lifetime warranty on the grinding mechanism. Please note that this mill is not suitable for grinding pepper.
