At the top of the mill, there is a shiny metal knob used to adjust the grind level. The tighter you twist the knob, the finer the peppercorns will be ground, giving you complete control over the intensity of flavor in your dishes.
The mill is made from beech wood sourced from certified French forests, highlighting its ecological value while ensuring durability and solidity for years to come. The pepper grinding mechanism features a spiral with a double row of teeth, which leads the peppercorns to perfect grinding. The patented mechanism is corrosion-resistant while maintaining its exceptional sharpness. To refill the mill with peppercorns, unscrew the fastening nut at the top of the mill and remove the lid. The knob allows you to adjust the grind size.
Peugeot mills are designed exclusively for grinding dry, hard, whole peppercorns up to 6 mm. They can grind black, white, and green peppercorns. The increasingly popular "pink peppercorns" can also be ground, but only when mixed with the aforementioned peppercorns at a ratio of no more than 15%.
The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty on the mill body and a lifetime warranty on the grinding mechanism.
The mill is not suitable for grinding salt.
