Peugeot mills are designed for grinding coarse, dry sea salt crystals up to 4 mm. The manufacturer recommends always using coarse, dry salt—either rock or sea salt. Do not use wet sea salt such as Guerande, Ré, Maldon, pink salt, or fleur de sel.
The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty on the mill body and a lifetime warranty on the grinding mechanism.
The mill is not suitable for grinding pepper.
