Salt Mill
The grinding mechanism is designed to crush coarse-grain kitchen salt. It is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. During the grinding process, the seasoning is evenly dispensed, making it easy to measure. Salt is the most classic seasoning used in almost every cooked dish, sandwiches, salads, and more. To fill the mill, you need to unscrew the securing nut at the top of the mill and remove the lid. The coarseness of grinding can be adjusted using the nut.
Peugeot mills are designed to grind coarse, dry sea salt crystals up to 4 mm in size. The manufacturer recommends always using coarse salt - dry, stone, or sea salt. Do not use wet sea salt, such as Guerande, Ré, Maldon, pink salt, or flower salt.
Pepper Mill
The special grinding mechanism is designed for pepper. It is made of stainless steel and equipped with a double row of teeth that handle grinding grains of any size perfectly. During the grinding process, the seasoning is evenly dispensed, making it easy to measure. Pepper is the most classic seasoning used in almost every cooked dish, sandwiches, salads, and more. To fill the mill, you need to unscrew the securing nut at the top of the mill and remove the lid.
The Peugeot mill is intended exclusively for grinding dry, hard, and whole pepper grains up to 6 mm in size. You can grind black, white, and green pepper in the mill. The increasingly popular "pink pepper" can also be ground only if mixed with the aforementioned pepper grains in a maximum proportion of 15%.
You can adjust the coarseness of the ground grains using the securing nut.
