The exceptional brushed 18/10 stainless steel finish with a non-stick coating has allowed for the creation of a multifunctional roasting pan with a practical capacity of 8 liters. The body of the roasting pan is made from a combination of heat-conductive aluminum and 18/10 stainless steel, which is resistant to the effects of food acids. The encapsulated base heats up rapidly and works on all types of stoves, including induction cooktops. The lower, deeper part of the roasting pan has a stainless steel interior, perfect for browning and braising meat, while the upper, shallower part is coated with a non-stick coating free from harmful PFOA substances, allowing for frying with a small amount of fat. Both parts can be used as 2 individual cooking vessels on the stove (including induction) or as one roasting pan. This solution has resulted in a versatile product with a wide range of applications. The ergonomic profiled, riveted handles are made of stainless steel and facilitate stable transportation of the roasting pan. The specially designed rim of the vessel ensures comfortable pouring of the contents. The roasting pan can be used in the oven at temperatures of up to 260°C.
