The skillets from the Rock'n'Rose collection are designed and entirely made in Italy. The five-layer non-stick mineral coating called "Quarzotek" is PFOA-free and nickel-free. Sambonet's Italian skillets are suitable for cooking on both low and high heat.
The 28cm diameter wok is incredibly versatile, suitable for cooking egg dishes, flour-based dishes, as well as various forms of vegetables and meats. The distinctive shape of the skillet allows for convenient preparation of one-pot meals and all sorts of sauces. The wok is an excellent vessel for preparing Far Eastern dishes using chicken, vegetables, rice, or noodles. The coating is exceptionally resistant to wear and tear, but it is recommended to use kitchen utensils made of plastic, wood, or silicone.
The ergonomic handle made of wood-like material allows for comfortable handling of the cookware.
The skillet's bottom is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction.
The product is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing as the non-stick properties of the coating are easily maintained, and it will prolong the product's lifespan.
