Thanks to the three-layer construction, the bottom evenly absorbs heat across the entire surface of the pot. Furthermore, the TransTherm® technology ensures that even after years of intense cooking, the bottom's surface remains flat, and the pot remains consistently stable. Handles The handles made of steel have hollow interiors - a solution that ensures they heat up much more slowly.
