WMF Grand Class Bread Knife 19/33cm The Chef's Edition Bread Knife is an excellent choice for all lovers of crispy bread! The serrated blade will handle any type of bread without any problem. Knives in this series are characterized by aesthetic design and high-quality craftsmanship. The excellent sharpness of WMF knives is guaranteed by Performance Cut technology and the specialized steel used for blade manufacturing, which, according to tradition, is subjected to hammer forging along the entire length of the blade. Laser measurement and bilateral sharpening of blades at a 13-degree angle make them suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle, made of high-quality black plastic, is safe and comfortable for the hand due to its ergonomic shape. The characteristic, double riveting strengthens the construction, and the steel end of the handle allows for splitting harder ingredients.
