Kineo 9cm Vegetable Knife
The small, simple blade - measuring just 9 centimeters - is perfect for slicing small ingredients such as fruits or vegetables. The blade is ideal for cutting into slices or cubes, as well as for peeling fruits and vegetables.
The guarantee of excellent sharpness for WMF knives is the Performance Cut technology and specialized steel used in blade production. Laser measurement and double-sided sharpening at a 13-degree angle make them suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The innovative Secondary Cut technology allows for better results with less effort.
It's worth noting that knives from the Kineo series feature an ergonomic handle made of synthetic material, providing high comfort during slicing. At the end of the black handle, there is a steel ring that comes in handy when breaking tough ingredients, such as nuts.
