Designed to be compatible with all types of stovetops, including induction, the three-layer construction of the base also guarantees that the pan won't warp even after years of intensive use.
Cromargan®
The pan is made of 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel, a material patented by WMF that is of the highest quality and perfect for the kitchen. It is incredibly durable, resistant to high temperatures, and can withstand corrosion and food acids, allowing you to enjoy cooking for many years!
PermaDur Non-Stick Coating
