WMF Nordic Profi 28cm Pan
The 28cm Nordic pan is a specialist for special tasks in your kitchen. Its exceptional resistance to high temperatures makes it perfect for searing at high heat.
With a 28cm diameter, it's the ideal size for preparing vegetables, meat, and fish. Thanks to its high-temperature-resistant non-stick coating that goes all the way to the edges, you can prepare your favorite dishes with minimal use of fat, without worrying about cleaning the pan afterward!
TransTherm® Bottom
The TransTherm® technology, with its three-layer construction, quickly absorbs heat and evenly distributes it during cooking, ensuring that your dishes are perfectly seared! It's compatible with all types of stovetops, including induction, making it versatile. The three-layer construction of the bottom also guarantees that the pan won't warp even after years of intensive use.
Cromargan®
The pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel Cromargan®, a WMF-patented material of the highest quality, perfect for the kitchen. Extremely durable, heat-resistant, and resistant to corrosion and food acids, it will bring joy to your cooking for many years!
Nordic® Coating
The non-stick properties of the coating allow for comfortable frying and easy cleaning of the pan. The ceramic coating is resistant to high temperatures, up to 400°C. It is recommended to use wooden or silicone utensils.
The long, ergonomic steel handle ensures stability and a secure grip during frying. This polished steel pan pairs perfectly with WMF stainless steel pots.
