WMF PermaDur Advance Pan 24cm Impressively durable, versatile, and suitable for everyday use - that's exactly what the pan from the latest WMF collection is like. The body and handle of the pan are made of polished 18/10 stainless steel called Cromargan®, while the interior is coated with the latest non-stick coating from WMF. The PermaDur Advance coating is a new, enhanced version of the well-known PermaDur coating. Advance is thicker, more durable, and even more resistant to wear and tear. A non-stick coated pan is perfect for frying various ingredients and dishes with minimal use of oil, especially those that need frequent stirring. Ideal for cooking delicate flour-based and egg-based dishes. Excellent for making pancakes, omelets, scrambled eggs, and fish. The pan is equipped with a three-layer TransTherm® bottom suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The bottom of the cookware will not warp even after many years of intensive use. Can be used in the oven, even up to 250 degrees Celsius. Suitable for use on all stovetops, including induction. Hand washing of the product is recommended. The coating is very easy to clean. It is recommended to use utensils made of plastic, wood, or silicone.
