With two cooking levels, the Zwilling pressure cooker allows you to prepare delicate dishes like rice and poultry, as well as more demanding ones like red meats. The practical scale inside the pot will be useful for filling the pressure cooker and measuring ingredients. The refined safety system in the EcoQuick II pressure cooker allows for safe operation. The safety valve prevents accidental opening of the pressure cooker in case of excessive pressure, indicated by a pressure indicator.
