Its remarkable versatility is attributed to an incredibly durable 5-layer Granitium Extreme coating. The elegant appearance of the granite pan is the work of the Milanese design duo: Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez.
The bottom of the Murano pan is made of multi-layered, forged aluminum that is food-safe. This design ensures that all Murano series pans are suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The multi-layered bottom of the pan also efficiently absorbs heat, making grilling your favorite dishes more efficient and energy-saving. The Thermopoint, located on the heat-resistant collar of the handle, will inform you when the coating is optimally heated and ready to use.
It's worth mentioning the ergonomic Soft-Touch handle, made of synthetic material, which does not heat up, ensuring it remains at an optimal temperature and thereby reducing the risk of burns. At the end of the handle, there is also a hole that allows you to hang the pan on a kitchen hook.
The high-quality non-stick Granitium Extreme coating on both the inside and outside of the pan allows for grilling with minimal added fat and the use of metal utensils on the pan's surface.
