1. How can I place an order? There are 3 ways to place an order in our store: a) Directly through the website: www.mensahome.eu b) By phone: 731-369-369
2. Can the order be gift wrapped? Certainly! Upon your request, we can beautifully wrap the products. Please specify in the order notes which products we should wrap. If there are multiple products, please specify if they should be wrapped separately or as one collective gift. If the order is already placed, contact us by phone: 731-369-369 or by email: sklep@mensahome.eu.
3. Can I receive my order earlier than the indicated delivery time? Contact us by email at sklep@mensahome.eu or by phone at 731-369-369. There might be a chance that your order can be shipped earlier. We will specify the exact shipping day.
4. Can the shipment of products from an order be divided? Yes, if your order is worth more than 500 zł, and the selected products have different shipping times. Upon request, we can split the order into two delivery dates. Please add this information in the order notes or email us at sklep@mensahome.eu.
5. Can I delay the delivery of my shipment? Yes, please specify your preferred shipping date in the order notes. If the order is already placed, contact us by phone: 731-369-369 or by email: sklep@mensahome.eu.
6. Are the prices in the brick-and-mortar store and online the same? Most of our products have the same prices. However, there might be price variations between our outlets.
Issues with the order
I received a damaged shipment Upon receipt, please create a "Damage Report" with the courier and send the document to our email: sklep@mensahome.eu. I received a damaged product On rare occasions, delicate products might get damaged during transit. Please email us at sklep@mensahome.eu with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. I received a product with a different price tag Sometimes the price on the tag might differ from the website. You accept the product's price as shown on the website during purchase.
Exchanges, returns, and complaints
I want to file a complaint about a product Firstly, please email us at sklep@mensahome.eu. Include your order or invoice number, a detailed description of the defect, and photos of the faulty product. If we need to test the product, we will order a courier to collect it. Alternatively, you can return the product with a complaint form to our warehouse at Mensa Home, ul.Balonowa 49, 64-100 Leszno. I want to return products If the products don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please package them securely and return them to our warehouse: Mensa Home, ul. Balonowa 49, 64-100 Leszno. Contact: 731-369-369, email: sklep@mensahome.eu. You can email the withdrawal form or include it in the package. Can I exchange a product? Products purchased online cannot be exchanged. However, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Can I return a product bought in the brick-and-mortar store? In our physical stores, you can exchange products or get a refund on a gift card within 14 days of purchase. The original receipt is required.
