The Coarse blade cuts fine threads, slightly wider than those obtained with the Fine blade. Hard cheeses like Parmesan and Romano can be added as toppings to your favorite soups or stews. Aromatic vegetables such as shallots, onions, garlic, and ginger can be grated into a paste. Finely grated ginger will serve you perfectly for seasoning stir-fries or making lemon and honey tea. Fruits and vegetables, from pears, apples, coconuts, and nuts to fresh carrots, will not pose a problem, and carrots and apples will be perfect for baby purees.

A special feature of the Blacksheep series is the elegant handle and solid stainless steel frame, along with the tried and tested stainless steel blade with photo etching, all coated with a matte black PVD coating.
