The Ribbon blade is bidirectional, allowing movement forward and backward! The Ribbon-type blade creates moderately thin "ribbons" and is ideal for anything that requires more texture, such as zucchini, hard cheese, or cabbage. A distinctive feature of the Blacksheep series is the elegant handle and sturdy stainless steel frame, along with the tried and tested stainless steel blade with photo-etching, all covered with a PVD coating in matte black color.
