Pan PermaDur Advance 28cm

Impressively durable, versatile, suitable for everyday use - this is the pan from the latest WMF collection.

The pan body and handle are made of polished 18/10 stainless steel called Cromargan®, while the inside is covered with the latest non-stick coating from WMF.

PermaDur Advance is a new, improved version of the well-known PermaDur coating - Advance is thicker, more durable and even more resistant to wear.

The pan with a non-stick coating is ideal for frying a variety of ingredients and dishes in a small amount of fat, especially those that need to be mixed frequently.

Ideal for frying delicate flour and egg dishes. Perfect for making pancakes, omelets, scrambled eggs and fish.

The pan is equipped with a three-layer bottom type TransTherm® suitable for all types of cookers, including induction cookers. The bottom of the dish will not bulge even after many years of intensive use.

Lid 28cm

A glass lid is a must-have in any kitchen. It will work both during cooking and frying. The lid will keep your kitchen clean, even after intense frying!

The deep collar prevents slipping and ensures a perfect fit to the pot or pan. The lid has specially profiled tabs from the bottom of the flange, thanks to which the distance between it and the vessel is maintained, through which excess steam is extracted, eliminating the “jumping” of the lid during use.

The product is made of high-quality glass with high transparency, and the handle itself is made of Cromargan stainless steel. The use of the highest quality materials ensures the durability of the cover.
