The blade of the Grand Gourmet knife is thin and sharp, making it very easy and effortless to cut steaks. This knife will be particularly handy during the grilling season when you can use it to slice meat or sausages. So, if you love meat, you can't afford to miss buying a good steak knife. You'll discover for yourself that cutting meat without much effort will become a pleasure! WMF knives guarantee excellent sharpness thanks to the Performance Cut technology and specialized steel used for making the blades. Following tradition, the blades undergo forging with a blacksmith's hammer along the entire length of the edge. Laser measuring and double-sided blade sharpening at a 13-degree angle make these knives suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle, made of high-quality 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel, is safe and comfortable for the hand due to its ergonomic shape. Special cement filling prevents accidental separation of components and ensures proper balance.
