It's best not to spoil that moment with a poorly sharpened knife that makes it difficult to enjoy such a gourmet dish. The set of 4 Grand Class steak knives from WMF will make slicing meat comfortable and efficient. WMF knives guarantee excellent sharpness thanks to the Performance Cut technology and specialized steel used for making the blades. Following tradition, the blades undergo hammer forging throughout their length. Laser measurement and double-sided sharpening at a 13-degree angle make them suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle, made of high-quality black synthetic material, is safe and comfortable for the hand due to its ergonomic shape. The characteristic double riveting reinforces the construction, and the steel end of the handle allows for breaking down tougher ingredients.
