The bottom of the Murano pan is made of multi-layered, forged aluminum that is food-safe. This design ensures that all Murano series pans are suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. The multi-layered bottom of the pan also efficiently absorbs heat, making frying your favorite dishes more efficient and energy-saving.
It's worth mentioning the ergonomic Soft-Touch handles, made of synthetic material, which do not heat up, ensuring they remain at an optimal temperature and thereby reducing the risk of burns.
